Ingredients required for Keto Mathri Recipe
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp. Nigella Seeds
1 tsp. Ghee
1/4 Cup Warm water
Oil for frying

How to prepare Keto Mathri Recipe
1 Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients in a bowl.
2 Then add black pepper powder to it.
3 Then we have to add cumin seeds and nigella seeds.
4 Then we have to add the seeds into the flour.
5 Gently add water and mix it well.
6 With your hands knead the dough and forms a ball.
7 Then add a teaspoon of ghee and dough it again.
8 Leave it to rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
9 Take two pieces of parchment paper roll the dough into the between parchment paper and roll the dough into a large circular shape.
10 With the help of steel, the cutter is cut into 2.5 rounds.
11 Do the same process with the remaining dough.
12 Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
13 When heated up the oil deep, fry the rounds until they turn crisp and golden brown.
14 Serve and enjoy!
