This recipe is one of the most famous dishes in Italian cuisine. This dish was great. This low-carb lasagne will make you forget all about pasta.

Ingredients required for Low Carb Meat Lasagna Recipe

Sauce

1 14.5 ounces can Rotel

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

3 tablespoons tomato paste



3/4 cup – 1 cup water (your preference on consistency)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Noodles

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

6 ounces cream cheese



4 large eggs

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 pound of ground beef

1 pound ground sausage

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder



1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 cup ricotta cheese, divided

 

How to prepare Keto Meat Lasagna:

1     Take a food processor and then add Rotel, tomato sauce and tomato paste into it and blend it well.

2    Take a saucepan and add tomato mixture, water, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper according to taste and mix all well till well combined.

3    Cook it on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

4   When it is done set it aside.

Noodles: Low Carb Meat Lasagna Recipe

1.  Firstly, we have to preheat our oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper on it.



2.  Take a microwave bowl and melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into it.

3.  Take a small bowl and add beaten eggs and Italian seasoning and mix it with a fork.

4.  Now add this egg mixture into the cheese mixture.

5.  With your hands mix the dough to a good blend.

6.  Divide the dough into two equal parts.

7.  On the prepared baking sheet gently spread the mixture.

8.  Then bake it for 25 to 30 minutes till it turns golden brown in colour.

9.  Then let it cool for 10 minutes and then cut each sheet into 8×8 and 8×4 chunks. 

Meat Mixture: Low Carb Meat Lasagna Recipe

1.  Take a large pan and add ground beef, ground sausage, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook it well till it is fully cooked.

2.  Then drain extra grease and add two cups of marinara sauce to the pan with the meat. 

3.  Keep the flame simmering for 10 minutes.

Putting it all together:

1.  Take a baking dish and grease it with olive oil.



2. Firstly place the noodles in it.

3. On top of the noodles add 1/3 cup of ricotta cheese and spread carefully.

4. Then add 1/3 cup of meat sauce and add ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.

5. Then place noodles, ricotta, meat layer, and Mozzarella and add on the top remaining sauce.

6. At the end top ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy!
