Pie Crust

1/2 Cup Coconut flour

1/4 water

60g Butter, Chilled

Pie Top

1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

One Tbsp. Coconut flour

1 Egg

Pie Mince

200 g Mince

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 Carrot

Half Onion

1 Stock Cube

200 ml water

1 tsp. Xanthan gum

 One Tbsp. Tomato Sauce Sugar-Free

1 tsp. Gelatin Optional

How to prepare Keto Phyllo Meat Pies:

1   Take a bowl and add crust ingredients and mix it with a fork.

2   Take a baking pan And grease it with melted butter place ingredients into the baking pan and press it from the bottom as shown in the picture.

3   When a filling is ready, place it in the fridge.

4   Take the pan over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

5   When heating up oil” Add onion And Stir well’ Add meat and remaining vegetables and cook it well.

6   Place the remaining ingredients into the pan & cooked well in the simmering flame.

7   Remove the pie crust from the fridge and place the meat mixture in it.

8   Take a microwave bowl & add cheese to it and microwave it for a minute.

9  Then add coconut flour, & beaten eggs till dough forms.

10  Then roll it into round pie crust toppings.

11  Place it in the oven at 180 degrees C (360f) or till it turns a Brown colour.
