· 1 lb pork tenderloin
· 1/4 cup heavy cream
· 1, lemon
2 tsp garlic powder
· 2 tsp rotisserie chicken seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
· 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

How to prepare Keto Pork Tenderloin Wellington Recipe
1 Firstly preheat your oven to 400.
2 On the tenderloin, cut off any excess fat.
3 Make sure tenderloin is dry with a paper towel.
4 Take a small bowl & add garlic powder, parsley, and rotisserie seasoning.
5 Rub it with your hands and cover the tenderloin.
6 Take a small bowl & add beaten eggs and heavy cream and mix it well tills well combined.
7 With the help of a brush, cover the tenderloin with egg mixture.
8 Take a large plate and roll the tenderloin in grated cheese.
9 Now put the tenderloin on a baking sheet & lined it with parchment paper.
10 Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till the pork cooks well.
11 Then remove it from the oven and keep it aside.
