How to prepare Healthy Cloud Bread
1 In the first step, preheat your oven to 300 degrees take a baking sheet and add parchment paper and grease with melted butter.
2 Take a large bowl, add egg whites and cream of tartar, and blend it with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3 Take another bowl and add the mascarpone, egg yolks, and sea salt and blend it with the help of a mixer till it becomes smooth.
4 Now carefully fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture with a spatula.
5 Make sure to fold it carefully without breaking the air bubbles in the egg whites.
6 With the help of a scoop put the mixture into the parchment paper into a circular shape.
7 Bake it for 20-25 minutes till it looks golden brown.
