Step #01 – If you want to use grill, then preheat it to medium level

If you are using turkey, then the internal temperature should reach 165 degrees and for beef the internal temperature should reach160 degrees.

For Broiling

Step #11 – For broiling the Jalapeño cheddar burger, you need to place the burger on a pan covered with foil at a distance of 6” from the broiler.

Broil both the sides for 5 to 6 minutes or until each side is completely cooked.
