Ingredients required for Keto Spinach Cheese Manicotti :

    1 cup whole ricotta cheese

   1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

   2 ounces cream cheese, softened

  Two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, divided

  ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  One teaspoon of garlic powder

  ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1 cup chopped fresh spinach

How to prepare Keto Spinach Cheese Manicotti:

1      Firstly preheat your oven to 175C.

2    Take a baking dish & grease, It with cooking spray or melted butter and set it aside.

3    Then pour half a cup of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.

4    Take a large Bowl. Add ricotta cheese, cream cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, One tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper and mix it well till well combined or till it turns creamy.

5    Into each chicken deli, slices place two tablespoons down the centre.

6    Gently fold the sides over the filling and press it down to close it.

7    Then place this rolled meat into the baking dish.

8    On the top, pour marinara sauce and sprinkle some mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

9    Bake it for Around 10 to 15 minutes and check it after 5 minutes.

10   Do not overcook it or burn it.

11   Remove from oven and serve it.
