Low Carb Strawberry Chia Jam. The Keto homemade chia jam goes great on the toast as well as in the chocolate pudding. It is super easy to make.
You can have it as a usual smoothie for breakfast. It also works really great in a healthy manner. It is even super easy to make along with benefiting from omega 3s, fibre, and protein.
What do you need for Low Carb Strawberry Chia Jam
1 12 oz. Strawberries
2 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice (Additionally, you can use lemon juice to preserve it for a longer time)
3 3 tablespoon chia seeds
4 1 tablespoon agave nectar

How to make Low Carb Strawberry Chia Jam
1 Firstly, you need to mix the entire ingredients in a food processor until it gets mixed well. If you want it in the
raw form, you can then, pulse it to combine properly.
2 Now, you have to wait for an hour before serving. Secondly, if you want it in a thicker consistency, then
you can do it by heating the strawberries in a pan over a medium flame.
3 Now, cook them for about 5-10 minutes until the strawberries get broken down.
4 It’s time to mix the pomegranate juice, some chia seeds as well as agave syrup. To make it bulky, mash it with a
fork.
5 Now, again wait for an hour. Let us cool it completely when transferring it to the clean jars.
6 Now, better to keep it in a jar in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
