Ingredients required for Keto Dal Makhani:
COOKING THE BUCHANANIA
50 gm. Buchanania or Caroli or Chironji Seeds ( You can use melon seeds)
2 Mild Green Chillies
1/4 tsp. Salt
GRAVY Keto Dal Makhani
2 Tbsps. Ghee
2 Small Tomatoes’ Puree
2 tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp. Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Kasuri Methi
1 1/2 tsp. Cream
1 tbsp. Butter
Salt to taste

How to prepare Keto Dal Makhani:
COOKING THE SEEDS:
1 Take a pressure cooker, multi pressure pot or normal pot and then add water it, green chillies, a pinch of salt and cook it for 2 to 3 whistles or till it is well cooked.
Gravy: Keto Dal Makhani
1 Take pot over medium-high heat and add ghee to it.
2 Then we have to add ginger garlic paste in it and fry it for 30 seconds and then add tomato puree in it and mix well till well combined.
3 Sauté well the puree for around 5 to 7 minutes.
4 Then we have to add the dry spices and cook them for one minute only.
5 Then we have to add the cooked seeds along with the water.
6 Then cover it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
7 Then add Kasuri methi, cream and butter to it.
8 Serve with keto roti and enjoy!
