Keto Cauliflower Hummus. Low Carb hummus recipe is crispy, crunchy and perfect for dipping in my hummus keto approved or any of your favourite low-carb dips!

It is made with steamed cauliflower instead of chickpeas. It tastes just like regular hummus with only two grams of net carbs per serving. Keto Cauliflower Hummus is vegan, keto and not to mention totally delicious.

This recipe is the perfect choice for a great low-carb dip for those special occasions or for easy meal preparation on the go. A secret ingredient keeps the carbs down! This dip is amazing and keto-friendly.

Ingredients required for Keto Cauliflower Hummus

16 ounces cauliflower florets

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided

1/2 cup tahini

3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/4 teaspoonpaprika

2-4 tablespoon water, as needed for texture

How to prepare Keto Cauliflower Hummus

 

1      Firstly preheat your oven to 425F.

2     Take a non-stick baking sheet and grease it lightly and then toss cauliflower into half of the olive oil.

3    Spread the cauliflower into a single layer.

4    Every piece of cauliflower is touching the baking sheet.

5   Roast the cauliflower for 30 to 35 minutes or till it is browned and softened through.

6   Take a blender or food processor and add the tahini, remaining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, paprika, roasted cauliflower, and 2 tablespoons of water. 

7   Blend this mixture till it turns into a smooth paste.

8   If required add more water to it.

9   Serve it with your favourite peppers, cucumber, and pork rinds, and enjoy this relish dish.
