Ingredients Needed for Keto Nacho Egg Rolls
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon chilli powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 12 egg roll wrappers
– Avocado oil spray
Step-by-Step Guide to Making Keto Nacho Egg Rolls
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Take a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef in it till it cooks well.
3. Add the chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir it well till well combined.
4. Add the diced jalapenos and red onion to the skillet and stir it well till well combined.
5. ‘Now we have to add softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined.
6. Now add shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
7 Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean work surface.
8 With the help of Spoon about 2 Tablespoons of the beef & cheese mixture onto the centre of the wrapper.
9 Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
10 ‘Place the egg roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
11 ‘Repeat the same process with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
12 Spray the egg rolls lightly with avocado oil spray.
13 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg rolls are crispy and golden brown.
